Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. Go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order". Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Yes. A digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address once the order is confirmed. You can also download it from the Order Detail page in your account.
Products
Absolutely. All Nurim Dermatech products are formulated by certified dermatologists specifically for Indian skin tones (Fitzpatrick III–VI). They are clinically tested, dermatologist-approved, free from parabens, and not tested on animals.
Most of our products are formulated for all skin types including sensitive skin. Each product page lists the skin types it's suitable for. When in doubt, do a 24-hour patch test on your inner arm before applying to the face.
Results vary by product and individual. Most serums show visible improvement in 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use. Moisturizers and sunscreens work immediately. For best results, follow the "How to Use" instructions on each product page.
Our products typically have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using them within 12 months. The PAO (Period After Opening) symbol and expiry date are printed on every product.

Yes, 100% free. You can book a consultation with our certified dermatologist at any of our 80+ clinics across India with absolutely no cost and no obligation to take any treatment.
Most clients need 6–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for optimal results. The exact number depends on your hair type, skin tone, and treatment area. Your dermatologist will give you a personalised plan at the consultation.
Most of our treatments like laser hair reduction, HydraFacial, and chemical peels have zero to minimal downtime. You can resume regular activities immediately. Some treatments like HIFU or deep peels may have mild redness for 24–48 hours.
Shipping
Shipping is completely FREE on orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat delivery charge of ₹49 is applied. Express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) typically receive orders within 2–3 days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for select pin codes.
Currently, we only deliver within India. We are working on international shipping and expect to launch it soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy on all unopened products. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of whether the product has been opened.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
